By using Sparky's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Dear Customer,

BAAN Holding Group and Sparky's strive to make the terms and conditions for using Sparky's game cards as accessible and clear as possible on their website, so customers can review, understand, and be fully aware of them.

By purchasing a Sparky's card and/or accessing or using the website (https://ksa.sparkysme.com), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Registration & Card Purchase

  1. All customers must register their personal information when purchasing a Sparky's card to ensure card protection and benefit from all associated services.
  2. If the customer does not have a valid card, a new card will be issued for SAR 7 when purchasing any Sparky's package.
  3. In case of loss or damage to the card, a replacement card will be issued for a fee of SAR 12. The company is not responsible for any previous balance.

Card Usage & Balance

  1. When purchasing a card online, the customer will receive a text message with the card number on the registered mobile number.
  2. Customers may keep the card for future recharges, increasing the balance, and using reward points in accordance with company policies.
  3. Token Game on the card are valid for 12 months from the date of last recharge and cannot be redeemed after expiration.
  4. Customers are not entitled to refund the card value after using any part of it.

Promotions & Offers

  1. The number of vouchers and points redeemable during promotional offers is subject to company policy.
  2. Vouchers and promotional offers are not valid during school holidays, official holidays, and national days.
  3. No promotional offer may be combined with any other offer.
  4. Bonus credits may have different expiration terms than regular balance.

Safety & Conduct

  1. All customers and their companions must comply with game instructions and safety requirements.
  2. Sparky's socks must be worn when entering the safe play area, priced at SAR 12.
  3. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  4. The company reserves the right to deny usage in case of violations.

Parties & Events

  1. Sparky's provides party halls for events and birthday celebrations with specific packages.
  2. School trips are subject to special terms regarding the number of students and visiting hours.
  3. Prior coordination with Sparky's management is required to confirm booking.

Liability & Disclaimers

  1. Cards may not be resold or promoted through websites or entities not contracted with Sparky's.
  2. The company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of the card.
  3. The company reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time.
  4. The customer acknowledges and agrees to photography inside Sparky's centers for marketing purposes.
